| United Nations - NYC Located on the east river of New York city, on over 18 acres of land donated by John D. Rockefeller, the main structure the Secretariat is a mix of green glass, marble and bands of metal. Like a set out of a James Bond 007 movie the UN interior is a bauhaus showcase by swiss-french architect Le Corbusier completed in 1952. Shot for the UN website these images give a us a sneak peek into the inner sanctum of the leaders and representatives of the united nations. |
